Mix the soaked dal with water, garam masala and boil it

Once done grind it in coarse paste with no water

Now make dough..

Add in salt and mix it. Using oil make crumbly dough. And then with water make dough. Keep it covered with moist cloth for 10 mins. And then finally add in oil and make it done

Now take 2 pedas of aata. Make roti of each. Add in chana masala in between and tap it using water to stick it

Ab ise sekho tawa par. Finally add in oil and after frying it

Tada it's ready. Serve it with chicken saalan or mango 😍

We usually prefer using mango along with it
