Wash & peel lauki

Cut in to the thin slices

In a bowl mix all marination ingredients & marinate lauki slices for min 30mins.

Now in other bowl mix all ingredients of batter & add water little by little to make a medium thick batter.

Deep narinated lauki slices in to the batter & deep fry in hot oil.

Serve hot & crispy with tomato sauce & green chutney..
