Ingredients

  1. 1lauki medium size
  2. For marination :-
  3. 3 tbspSzechuan sauce
  4. 1 inchginger finely chopped
  5. 8-10garlic cloves finely chopped
  6. 1 tspsoya sauce
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. For batter:-
  9. 2 tbspcorn Flour
  10. 2 tbspAll purpose flour
  11. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  12. 1 tbspSzechuan sauce
  13. Water to make batter
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & peel lauki

  2. 2

    Cut in to the thin slices

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all marination ingredients & marinate lauki slices for min 30mins.

  4. 4

    Now in other bowl mix all ingredients of batter & add water little by little to make a medium thick batter.

  5. 5

    Deep narinated lauki slices in to the batter & deep fry in hot oil.

  6. 6

    Serve hot & crispy with tomato sauce & green chutney..
