1 bowlpoha(washed and soaked)
1 tbspghee
1/2 tspcardamom powder
2 tbspsugar or as per sweetness
1 tbspraw peanut

5 to 10min.

Heat a pan with 1tbsp of ghee. roast peanuts for about 1min.

Add poha, cardamom powder, and sugar.

Mix gently and cook covered for about 1min.

Switch the flame off.and don't open the cover immediately.

Serve with any type of chiwda.
