2capsicum
1 cuppaneer cubes
as per tasteSalt and pepper
1 tsptomato sauce

Heat 1tbs oil in a pan

Add onion dices and saute

Add capsicum dices and saute

Add salt and pepper

Add paneer cubes and sauce

Mix well

Take a chapati fill 1tbs filling in it

Now roll the chapati and pack in foil
9

Make 2 rolls and put in tiffin
10

Accompany with carrot juice
