In a bowl, take wheat flour, salt, onion seeds, ajwain and oil and mix it for 5-7 minutes.

Then add water as per the requirement and make a hard dough of it. Then cut small peices out of it.

Then roll it into a circle and mark slits on the rolled dough.

Then start folding it from one side to another and seal it from both ends.

Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and deep fry it.

Your laccha namakpare is ready.
