Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgLean beef cubed
  • About 10 large Potatoes, peeled and cut to quarters
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic ginger rosemary paste,
  • Halfteaspoon turmeric powder
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the turmeric, salt and garlic ginger rosemary paste with oil.

  2. 2

    Use it to marinade the beef

  3. 3

    Put in a baking sheet and bake in the oven.

  4. 4

    Halfway through cooking throw in the potatoes and roast. I threw in some slices of zucchini

  5. 5

    When ready serve with vegetable salad
