In a bowl add sugar, custard powder, water, whisk it smoothly until sugar dissolves and keep aside.

In separate bowl add saffron threads in water for some time.

Heat a pan add ghee, cashew,and saute it till it turns light golden brown.

Now add custard mixture in it slowly, slowly and stir continuously so that no limbs made. Add 1 tbsp saffron water, mix it well.

Stir continuously until it becomes thick and it turns glossy and separate from pan.

Transfer it into small cups. Leave it for 30 minutes.

After demould the cup, serve it, garnish it with chopped cashew.
