Ingredients

  • 3 cupsWheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cuppumpkin puree
  • 1 cupbeetroot puree
  • 1 cup spinach puree
  • 1 tsppepper
  • to tastesalt
  • 1-2green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Divide the wheat flour into 3 portions.

  2. 2

    To one portion add pumpkin pure,to other add beetroot puree,to the third portion add spinach puree

    Roll them into separate round chapatis.after keep one on the other and roll to form a log& cut into 1 inch

    Roll them into parathas & fry them in tava
