Ingredients

  1. 1 packNoodles
  2. 3 tbspMushrooms clean and diced
  3. 2 tbspCarrots chopped
  4. 2 tbspCabbage diced
  5. 1/2 cupSpring Onion chopped
  6. 1 tspSesame Oil
  7. 2 tbspGarlic chopped
  8. 2 tspDark soy sauce
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2Chillies​ chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil noodles and strain keep aside.

  2. 2

    Add oil in a Wok and stir fry all vegs.Add garlic and chilles.Stir all well.

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and fry.

  4. 4

    Put soy sauce,salt to taste.And mix nicely.

  5. 5

    Put noodles and stir fry everything nicely for 5-7mins and take off the heat.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
