Fried Rice (Cha-han)
When I am super busy, I usually qcook this recipe.
Steps

Wash all vegetables and cut in small pieces

Put sesame oil and garlic on frying pan. Heat them until you smell garlic

Add bacon and fry for a few minutes

Add onion, carrot, chicken bouillon, salt and black pepper and keep frying for more a few minutes. When it becomes ready, take them out from the frying pan and leave on a plate.

Add a bit sesame oil on the same frying pan and heat it well. After that, add beaten eggs.

Mix egg gently

Before egg become hard, add cooked rice and fry well

Add the vegetables and mix well

Add leeks and mix.

When all ingredients are mixed well, add soy sauce around rice and mix well.
