  • 7medium potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel of the potatoes

  2. 2

    Wash and dry them off.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying until it becomes really hot.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the potatoes untill abit cruncy and light yellow in colour.

  5. 5

    When cooked, remove from heat and dry with paper towel.
