Ingredients

  • as neededPapdi
  • 3 tbspOnion paste
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupTomato puree
  • 1 tspSpice mix powder
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1 tbspSchezwan sauce
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspGinger
  • 1 tspChopped garlic
  • 1Onion
  • 1 tbspCoriander chopped
  • 1 tbspSev
  • 1 tbspMayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon

Steps

    Heat a pan

    Add butter and oil

  3. 3

    Add chopped garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion paste

  5. 5

    Add salt and sugar according to the test

  6. 6

    Add chilli powder

  7. 7

    Add tomato puree

  8. 8

    Add mix spice powder

  9. 9

    Cook for a little

  10. 10

    Add schezwan and soya sauce

  11. 11

    Add coriendre paste

  12. 12

    Then cook until oil get separate

  13. 13

    Add some water and salt

  14. 14

    Cover the mix with lid

  15. 15

    After that open the lid and add lemon juice

  16. 16

    Poure the gravy in a plate.

    Add some papdi.

  18. 18

    Dip the papdi in the mix

  19. 19

    Garnish with chopped coriander onion and sev.

    And mayonnaise.

    Ready to sarv.
