Heat a pan

Add butter and oil

Add chopped garlic

Add onion paste

Add salt and sugar according to the test

Add chilli powder

Add tomato puree

Add mix spice powder

Cook for a little

Add schezwan and soya sauce

Add coriendre paste

Then cook until oil get separate

Add some water and salt

Cover the mix with lid

After that open the lid and add lemon juice

Poure the gravy in a plate.

Add some papdi.

Dip the papdi in the mix

Garnish with chopped coriander onion and sev.

And mayonnaise.

Ready to sarv.
