Avocado Stir-fried With Ginger & Spices

I wanted to have avocado with my favourite spices. I also added in another of my all-time favorite ingredients: ginger.
Once cooking over high heat, the avocado will burn quite easily, so try to cook it quickly.
For those who prefer it less salty, you can leave out the salt at the end. Whatever you like. Recipe by John Lee Cooker
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the ginger.
- 2
Put the olive oil and cumin seeds in a small frying pan. Put on a low heat and fry, taking care not to burn it.
- 3
When the cumin starts to pop, add the chopped ginger, and fry until fragrant.
- 4
Once it is fragrant, add the coriander and garam masala, and lightly fry.
- 5
Turn the heat up to high and add the avocado. Mix it quickly and then add the lemon juice and nam pla. Fry together while shaking the pan back and forth.
- 6
Once everything has been combined, have a taste, and season with a little salt. Done!

Shrimp and Avocado Stir Fry with Yuzu Pepper Shrimp and Avocado Stir Fry with Yuzu Pepper
I wanted to create an appetizer that could be made quickly and went with beer and was Japanese-flavored and spicy. So I came up with this recipe. I love yuzu pepper so I added it to a standard formula for Japanese-style flavoring.Use whatever type of shrimp you like. The photo shows Taisho shrimp. If the shrimp are big, cut into 2-3 cm pieces, about the same size as the avocado cubes.During Step 1, if you're using frozen shrimp, or feel that the shrimp you're using are not the freshest, marinate in sake. (If the shrimp are fresh you can omit this step.) Recipe by Mawaru7 cookpad.japan -
