Eat Clean - Chicken Salad

I'm a mom of two young kids, a 4-year-old girl and a 6-month-old boy. On my first day back at work, everyone said, "How come you look like you've just been on a vacation after having a baby?" The secret is in the nutrition plan. I want to dispel the old belief that having a baby means you'll have a big belly and look unattractive. I still have enough milk for my baby to breastfeed completely, and both kids are growing well and are well-behaved. Join me in losing weight, keeping a nice figure, and having beautiful skin while still having enough milk for the baby.
