Serves 4 servings

7 ozdark chocolate (about 200 grams)
3/4 cupaquafaba (about 200 grams)

Whip the aquafaba until very stiff, just as you would with egg whites.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

Gently fold in the whipped aquafaba.

Pour into serving dishes and chill for a few hours.
