Ingredients

  1. 7 ozdark chocolate (about 200 grams)
  2. 3/4 cupaquafaba (about 200 grams)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Whip the aquafaba until very stiff, just as you would with egg whites.

    Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

  3. 3

    Gently fold in the whipped aquafaba.

  4. 4

    Pour into serving dishes and chill for a few hours.
