  1. 11/4 cupunsweetened Dessicated coconut
  2. 14-16pitted dates
  3. 1/4 TSPcinnamon (optional)
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped nuts (optional)

Steps

No cooking requ
  1. 1

    In case of semi dry or dried dates, soak in water for 1-2 hours. Drain excess water

  2. 2

    Grind 1 cup Dessicated coconut with dates, cinnamon and nuts until it comes together

  3. 3

    Transfer to a bowl, shape like balls. Roll over remaining Dessicated coconut. Store in airtight container
