It's a deep fried dish, kids love to eat. Easy to make. Dip is also homemade.
Steps

Clean and cut chicken breasts into strips. Add Salt,chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, dry parsley and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it for an hour.

Whisk one egg with Salt, mixed herbs, Chinese seasoning and a pinch of hing. Keep it ready

Crush chips and spread on a plate

When chicken is ready After an hour of marination, heat oil in a pan. And keep egg mixture, crushed chips ready.

Take a strip. Dip it in egg mixture, roll it on chips so that chicken strip will be well coated with crushed chips. Put it in the oil and fry till golden brown.

For the Dip, blend hung curd with coriander,chillies,garlic, salt and a pinch of hing. Sprinkle crushed chips on top.

Serve the chicken fingers with the dip.
