Cut the breasts of chicken

Add the marinade to an ovenproof dish your going to cook in

Add the chicken add salt and pepper. Marinade for 1 hour

Chop the Asparagus and spring onions also Shallots

Add the sesame oil to the pan and fry both sides of the chicken pieces enough to colour them

Add chicken pieces and shallots and asparagus keep the sauce that's left set aside and the spring onions they are for the dressing at the end.

Fry these for 10 minutes so as the chicken is near cooked

Should be just a little left, pour that over when adding the chicken to the oven

Add the chicken mix back to the marinade cover and add to a preheated oven 170C for 20 minutes
