  • 300 gBeef mince meat
  • 1/4 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • Pinchwhole black pepper
  • 1 tspbarbecue spice
  • 2 tbspknorrox powdered soup
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion until tender then add mince and stir

    Add all spices then chopped broccoli

    In a little water add knorrox soup simmer for 10 mins

    Ready to serve with rice it's taste 😋😋😋
