Firstly take a bowl and add wheat flour and salt and make a regular roti paratha dough with the help of water

Now take a pan add 2tbsp oil heat oil add cumin seeds bottle gourd and cabbage,add Turmeric powder and salt mix it and cover it with lid for 3-4 mins

Now add red chilli and coriander powder and some water and again cover with lid for 2 mins

Now add gram flour and mix well again cover it for 2 mins after 2 mins check it and cook it for 5-6 mins when it leave sides then stuffing is ready now add coriander leaves let it cool

Now knead the dough take a roti size piece roll it with rolling pin put some stuffing seal it again roll it.

Heat pan shallow fry the parathas you can use oil or ghee what ever you want
