Wash and cut ladyfinger into 1/2 inch piece.

Heat oil. Put cumin seed let it crackle.

Add onion and saute it untill golden brown.

Put green chilli and ginger and saute for sometime.

Then add all dry spices except dry mango powder and salt.

Now add lady'finger and give it a quick mix.

Let it cook covered on low flame for 5 to 7 minute or untill done.

Stirr in between to avoid burning.

Now add dry mango powder and salt mix again and let it cook for 1 more minute.

Now it is done. Serve hot with chapati or parota.
