Steps

Grind smoothly sprouted Ragi, coconut gratings, Jaggery by adding some water.

Strain it and add sufficient water, it should be watery.

Bring it to boil.

Cook in low flame by continuous stirring to avoid lumps.

Stir continuously until thickness.

Add ghee and stir till it leaves the bottom and edges.

Transfer into a ghee greased plate.

After cool in room temperature, cut in desired shape and serve healthy Halubai.
