Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 2peppers
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1/2 tspred pepper flakes
  5. 4grounded garlic cloves
  6. 500 gground beef
  7. 1 tbspchillies powder
  8. 1 tspcummin
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 3 tbsptomato paste
  11. 1/2 cupfreshly chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a sufuria, put oil and heat. Add onion and peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add in red pepper flakes and garlic stir for 2 minutes, remove from heat and put in a bowl

    In the same sufuria, add in the beef and boil for a few minutes, breaking any lumps.Add in chillie powder, cumin,3/4 tsp salt cook til meat is not red. Add in tomato paste and water if dried and stir till fully combined.

    Mix the cooked vegetables and put in a bowl to cool, when cool add in salt to taste and corriander.

    Roll each dinner rolls on a floured flat surface. It should be about 4 inch, and 1/4 inch thick. Scoop 2 tbsp of meat mixture and put at the centre of each circle.

    Brush around the outside walls with egg wash and fold over the dough to form half moon shapes.

    Press the edges together with a fork.

    Bake until golden brown for max 15 mins..
