Steps

Put big pot of water on to boil then add fettuccine to boiling water and boil on high for around 15 minutes or until cooked

Chop chicken into cubes, fry till golden brown then put aside for a bit cover it

Finely chop onion and garlic, fry until they start to go brown then add chicken back to pan

Add bacon and finely chopped mushrooms to the pan mix it all together and leave it to cook for about 8 minutes

Put both creams in and and the pinch of salt and mix it well and let it boil a little then turn heat off and let it rest

Drain fettuccine off and plate up

Mix chicken and mushroom sauce up and serve it up over the fettuccine
