Steps
- 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2
In Turkey pan place ribs bone side down. (I do 3 racks at a time but 1 rack is the same as 3)
- 3
Fill Turkey Pan half way with beer. (Do not completly cover the ribs. Only about half of the rack of ribs should be covered. Less beer may be needed)
- 4
Put pan in your pre-heated oven and set a timer for a hour and a half.
- 5
When timer goes of flip your ribs over and set a timer for another hour and a half.
- 6
Have your grill prepped for direct heat.
- 7
When timer goes off brush bbq sauce on your ribs or apply your dry rub. Sear your ribs on the grill. (Roughly 5 minutes on each side of your ribs on your open grill usually does the trick)
