Steps

Wash your beans and cooks it for about 30mins in a pressure cooking with a little bit of salt,after its cooked mash it with a potato masher

Souk your dried pepper and tetashe for about 10mins with warm water and blend them with onions and crayfish

Place your palm oil in a pot and bleach it for about 5 mins then pour the pepper puree you blended

Add in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for about 30mins,make sure it doesnt stick to the pot

Add you seasoning and some salt to taste and allow it to cook for another 30mins and stir it frequently so that it doesnt stick

In a clean frying pan,pour your white oil,slize ripe plantain and fry and serve
