Steps

To make dough mix wheat flour atta oil and salt. Bind with water as required to make a dough.Put aside

In a bowl take Sattu, Onion, Chilli, Kalonji and salt.Mix and pour one tsp oil. Mix well. Drizzle some water and make stuffing.

Make four balls from dough. Take one ball and roll

Put stuffing in dough and seal

Again roll the paratha
- 6
Put on hot tawa. Shallow fried from both the sides
- 7
Serve with any vegetable or Curd or pickle.
