Ingredients

10 servings
  • 500 gmskhoya
  • 1 cupsugar
  • For garnishingAlmond slices
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix sugar and water.

  2. 2

    Make a sugar syrup of 1 & 1/2 thread.

  3. 3

    Now mix crumble Mawa in sugar syrup and stir it till it seperates the wall.

  4. 4

    Now grease the plate and pour the mixture.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle almond on top

    Once cool cut into desired shape and serve.
