Ingredients

  • 2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 Cupmustard oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • As needed Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 Pinchturmeric powder

Steps

    Take a big bowl add Gram flour,turmeric,salt, garlic powder and oil mix well.

  2. 2

    And rub into flour using your fingers if it will be breadcrumb like texture after doing this put water in it and make soft dough take rest for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes mix well and teak a sev machine,fit mold the sev maker with thinnest hole and grease it's entries inner surface with oil fill it with prepare dough and close it's lid tightly. Now heat oil in a karahi over medium heat for deep frying hold machine over karahi turn handle of machine slowly move in a circle motion.

    Deep fry both side for around 2 minutes on a medium flame until it becomes crispy and light brown. Drain and take it out to plat. Cool down at room temperature for 15 minutes after 15 minutes breaking it in to pieces.
