Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupspizza flour (about 190 grams)
  • 1 teaspooninstant yeast
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1egg white
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • Water, as needed for kneading
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • For the topping:
  • 2 cupsground beef (about 450 grams)
  • 1large onion, finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1small green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 1 pinchgarlic powder (optional)

Steps

    Mix the dough ingredients together and knead by hand or with a mixer. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.

    In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, onion, ground beef, and spices. Cook, stirring, until the beef and onions are browned.

  3. 3

    Mix tomato paste with a little salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil to make the sauce.

  4. 4

    Chop the tomatoes and green bell pepper.

  5. 5

    Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to your desired size. Spread a layer of tomato sauce, then a layer of ground beef, then top with tomatoes and bell pepper.

    Bake in the oven, then serve.
