In a mixing bowl add flour, fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, curd mix it well

Now adjust water and prepare soft dough and add oil and let it rest for 15min

Roll it into rotis. Heat a tawa cook paratha using ghee on both sides..

Serve it with curd or ketchup
