Ingredients

200 gmbaby baingan
4-5potatoes
2onion
2-3 tspcoriander powder
1 tspred chilli powder
2 tspfennel seeds powder
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspdry mango powder
1 tspturmeric powder
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Steps

1

Wash and cut the baingan.
2

Mix all spices in a mixing bowl and fill this masala on cut baingan.
3

Heat oil in a wok add baingan,potatoes and onion.
4

Cover and cook till soft the all veggies.
5

Serve with paratha/roti.
