Sago seekh kebabs
Steps

Add boiled and mashed potatoes together with sago.

Mix with roasted peanuts, salt and coriander leaves.
Mix all and make it like a dough. - 3
Put small portion of this dough onto the seekh or skewers.

Apply oil lightly on the seekhs with the help of fingers.

Heat oil on a flat tava, keep the flame medium.Put the seekh kababs on tawa, flip them regularly till it is crisp and cooked. Serve hot with sauce.
