    Pehele bengan go gol gol katkar kadhaimain fry kijiye our nikal dijiye.

    Ek bartan le usme dahi dale.

    Phir kadhaimain halka tel dalkar usme Salt Pancho phutun, chilli, curryleaf, coriander powder turmeric powder ye sab dal kar ek chunk tayar karein.

    Phir us chunk ko dahi Main dal de aur fry bengan ko bhi dal de.

    Phir tasty dahi bengan ready..
