  • 5Cardamoms
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 25 gmsDry fruits

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan

  2. 2

    Boil milk in a deep heavy pan when the milk starts boiling add roasted wheat

  3. 3

    Cook cracked wheat on low flame for 15-20 mins
