This is a recipe with a twist to it unlike the regular schezwan chicken
Steps

Marinate the chicken with salt,dahi and ginger garlic paste 2 hours before cooking time

For cooking heat a pan and add some oil to it

Add salt to taste

Now add the marinated chicken to it
- 5
Add schezwan sauce and red chilli sauce and cook it for some time
- 6
Add half cup of water and cover the lid to let the meat cook
- 7
Once the water dries stir the chicken till it cooks completely
- 8
On the other pan add little amount of capsicum and sauté it till it becomes half fried
- 9
Now add this capsicum to the chicken and stir it for a min
- 10
And the schezwan chicken is ready to be served
