Steps

Take a bowl and add besan, curd & water. Mix it well.

Add 1 pinch haldi.

Add 1/2 tspn Lal mirch powder

Add salt to taste. Mix it well.

Transfer the batter in a kadhai. Stir until it becomes thick.

Transfer the batter and spread in greased plates once the batter cooks completely.

Once it cools, cut in length and spread grated coconut.

Roll your khandvis and collect them in a plate.

Take a small kadhai, add 2 tspn oil and 1 tspn mustard and prepare tadka.

Pour the tadka on rolled khandvis.

Serve and enjoy.
