Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb per personAny beef roast (not too marbled)
2-3 per lb of meatJalapeño
1-2 per lb of meatRoma tomatoes
3/4 lb per lb of meatcanned tomatillos
1/2 per lb of meatWhite onion
1/5 bushel per lb of meatCilantro
to tasteMix garlic and steak seasoning and salt
1 per lb of meatbell pepper

Steps

Cube up the roast and put in a crockpot. Throw all ingredients in (except tomatillos)

Cook 4-5 hours (if raw) just at a boil (don’t add water)

Tomatillos: 30 minutes prior to finishing drain and use a blender and add to pot. (Add to taste)

Serve with tortilla, rice, beans
