Mix the ogbono in a bowl with the pepper, crayfish and palm oil and cover

Then boil in water for 20minutes

Pour the meat stock in a pot and add the boiled ogbono inside the boil

Cook for 10 minutes

Then taste for salt and add

Add the boiled meat

Let it cook for another 5 minutes
