Steps

Put the meat in a covered cooking pot and place it on moderate heat.

Let it cook for a little while so as it produces its own water then add onions and cover.

Add capsicum and a little cooking oil cook till it dries.

Add tomatoes and a little water for the meat to cook completely.

Add a little salt to taste and your chopped corriander then mix and cover for a little while.

Remove from fire when well cooked and serve with ugali.
