2 BoxesVelveeta Shells & Cheese
1-2 PoundsGround Beef or Chuck-any lean/fat ratio
1/4-1/2Milk depending on how creamy you want it
3-4 teaspoonsbutter
to tasteSalt & Pepper

Brown meat. Use a much as you want. I use 1 1/2-2 pounds for two Velveeta Boxes. Drain after cooking.

While browning meat, cook shells per box instructions.

When finished with both, mix together. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
