Take a micro proof bowl.Add water and sugar.

Micro for 3minuts for dessolve.Let it cool in room temperature.

Take a bowl or big plate put in flour and melted ghee mix nicely with the flour.

If too crumbly, sprinkle a little water on the mixture to make it mouldable

Add cardamom, coconut,fenal seeds and sugary water.

Mixed it and knead a stiff dough.Take rest in 10 minuts

Now take a ittle portion of the dough and roll it.each slice into slightly flattened with help of palm.and press in it sancha Or designer mold or any type of your utensils at home to get one cm thick thekuas.

Now heat oil in a pan and pore a few tekhua at a time. Deep fry in low flame untill the become golden and crispy.
