Crispy Karela (bitter gourd)

Chop the bitter-gourd (karela) into thin round pieces. De-seed the bitter-gourd pieces and keep aside in a bowl. Cut slice of onion and chopped garluc and green chilli.

Heat oil in a medium-sized pan. Add green chilli and garlic fry it 2 min add onion fry it 3 min. Then add karla.

After 5 min add salt and saute for 1-2 minute. Cook it without cover.fry in medium flame. And cook.

Cook till the karela is crisp and brownish in colour. Add chilli powder, cumin powder and mix well. Add all masala cooked, turn off the flame and serve hot.
