#RC. When it comes to Rajasthani food how can we ignore dal baati and churma. Baati is made with wheat flour.
Steps

In a bowl take wheat flour, add salt, cardom seeds and ghee.

Mix well till it looks like bread crumbs.

Add little little water at a time and make a dough

Give 15-20 mins rest.

Make balls and give cits on ball with knife.

Heat cooker add little ghee.

Now put balls in the cooker remove the pressure from cooker and cook on medium low heat

In between please check and turn the baatis

It will take 15-20 mins.

Cook till golden brown

Remove from cooker and keep directly on gas for seconds to give nice colour.

Dip into ghee and serve with Dal and ghee.
