Firstly, prepare corn flour batter adding spices. dip cubes of paneer and deep fry in hot oil.fry the paneer till they turn golden and crisp.drain and set a side. prepare the the gravy by heating oil and saute cloves garlic.

Also add spring onion, onion and green chilli. saute well.Add ½ capsicum and saute slightly.

Serve hot.

Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper and salt.
saute on high flame till the sauce thickens.
pour the corn flour water and stir continuously.
add in fried paneer.
