Take a wok

Add ghee in it..

Then add onion puree in it and saute it till it become golden brown

Then add sattu in it and saute it...

Then add all spices,sesame,and coriander leaves in it and mix it well

Cook it for 5mins and it's done..

Take a bowl

Add flour,ghee, and salt in it and mix it well

Then add water in it and make fine dough..

Leave it for 15 mins..

Then take a small ball of dough..

Flat it and fill stuffing in it

And fold it and make kachori

Then deep fry all kachori on medium flame till it become golden brown..
