Slice onion tomato and green chillies.

In a cooker add oil. Add mustard seeds and ajwain. Add asafoetida and bay leaf.

Add onion saute for a while. Add garlic paste.

Add tomato and chillies. Roast it for 2-3 minutes.

Now add black gram and spices.

Add 1 cup of water and cook it on high flame for 4-5 whistles and 2 whistles on low flame.

Take it in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Ghughni is ready to serve.

In a wok add oil. Once hot fry Poha in it. chura ready to serve.
