Ingredients

  1. 250 gfine quality Rice
  2. 1small size capcicum
  3. 1small size carrot
  4. 1medium size onion
  5. 4-5beans
  6. 1-2green chilli
  7. 25 gmini soya chunk (steamed)
  8. 1-2tejpatta / bay leaf
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 2 tea spoonghee
  11. as neededFew lawang, Elaichi, & Dalcnini
  12. for kadhi boondi
  13. 4 teaspoonchana besan
  14. 2-3 spooncurd
  15. To tasteHaldi powder
  16. to tasteRed chilli powder
  17. 1 tspSalt
  18. As neededBoondi
  19. 5-6Kadi patta
  20. 1 tspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Rice in a bowl add normal water & keep about 20 to 25 Min. after then remove Rice from water & hanged in a cotton cloth

  2. 2

    After then add oil and all chopped vegetable in a pan & fry for about two Min. and then keep it in another plate.

  3. 3

    Then Heat the par. Cooker & put ghee, tejpatta, lawang, Elaichi, Dalcnini,& onion. The put the washed Rice in it and fry for 2-3min.

  4. 4

    After frying them add fried vegetable in it.

  5. 5

    Now add about 500ml water & cover the par cooker & cook in low flame about 10-12 Min

  6. 6

    Ready to serve

    Now making of kadhi boondi - - - - - -

  8. 8

    Take a bowl put all ingredient accept kadi patta & mustured oil & mix well also add 500ml water

  9. 9

    Heat the pan & put mustured oil, kadi patta & add the mixture also add boondi.

  10. 10

    Add salt As required

  11. 11

    Cook about 15-20 Min.
