Jelly-like Egg Made in Rice Cooker

An easy one, one of my kids' favorites. You can eat it as is or use it as a topping for ramen, udon, or steamed rice. The consistency is jiggly and soft. Since we almost always have steamed rice in rice cooker, we just need to arrange the ramekin inside and wait for a while. You can add some cheese, veggies, salt, curry powder, etc. You can whisk the eggs first if you prefer. Be creative! If you want a harder consistency, wait for a couple of hours.
