Scrambled eggs, unripe plantain and pumpkin leaf

Cook the plantains with little salt and set aside

Slice the tomatoes, onions and fresh peppers

Heat vegetable oil, add the slice onions and sauté for some minutes

Add the tomatoes and peppers

Break the eggs whisk and add to the tomatoes on heat

Use a spoon to stir repeatedly until the eggs is cooked and scrambled

Add the wages pumpkin leaf

Add seasoning cubes

Taste for salt..

Drop from heat.
